The service and SMS program
Camie helps teams follow up with leads. We may use forms, calls, texts, email, calendars, tracking, AI, and CRM tools. Your written plan says what we will set up and run for you.
We aim to reply to new leads fast. We only promise a set reply time when your written plan says so.
The SMS program is named Camie AI. If a person separately opts in through the SMS consent checkbox, the program may send recurring messages about account setup, onboarding, customer support, service updates, and appointment scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. For customer care, reply HELP or email hello@camie.ai. See our Privacy Policy for how Camie AI handles phone numbers and SMS consent records.
Your part
To use Camie, you must:
- Give us true facts about your ads, leads, and sales team.
- Have the right to call, text, or email each lead.
- Keep your calendar up to date.
- Make sure your sales reps join calls on time.
- Give us access to the tools we need.
- Tell us if an ad, form, calendar, or CRM stops working.
- Follow the law and honor all opt-outs.
The 30-call promise
Some plans include a promise of 30 more good-fit solar sales calls in 60 days. This promise only applies when it is in your written plan.
The 60 days start after your ads, forms, CRM, calendar, and tracking are ready. We will agree on the start date in writing.
A call counts when the lead passes the rules in your plan, picks a time, and says the time works. Those rules may include home ownership, service area, power bill, home fit, and clear interest. We do not promise a sale, an install, or a set amount of money.
If you pause your ads, cut your lead flow, block access, change your tools, or do not keep enough call times open, we may pause the 60-day clock. We will tell you when this happens.
If we do not book 30 good-fit calls in 60 days, we stop charging our call fee. We keep working until we reach 30. You still pay the tool companies for AI, phone, and email use.
If your written plan says something different from this page, the written plan wins.
Price and tool costs
Your written plan will show:
- The one-time setup fee.
- The fee for each good-fit call.
- The rules that tell us what counts.
- How we count a call that is moved, canceled, or booked twice.
After setup, you pay Camie only for good-fit calls we book.
AI, phone, and email tools may charge for each use. You pay those companies, not Camie. Camie does not add a fee to these costs. You may put a card on file with those companies. You may also link your own tool accounts and API keys.
Do not send API keys by email or through the lead form. Use the safe setup steps Camie gives you.
Fair use
Do not use Camie to break the law, trick people, hide who you are, send messages without the right to do so, or ignore an opt-out. We may pause work when we see a legal, safety, security, or delivery risk.
Data and ownership
You keep the rights to your data and campaign work. Camie keeps the rights to its software, tools, and work flows. You let us use your data only as needed to do the work in your plan. We may use your feedback to make Camie better without naming you or sharing private data.
Service changes and end of work
We work to keep Camie up and running. A phone, email, AI, CRM, network, or other tool may still go down. Either side may end the work under the rules in the written plan. Any payment, privacy, ownership, or dispute rule that must stay in place will still apply after the work ends.
AI can make mistakes
AI may be wrong or miss key facts. Give us clear rules and true data. Keep a person ready to check hard or high-risk cases.
