2. Pricing Structure
2.1 Pay-Per-Appointment Model
You are charged only when the AI successfully books an appointment for your business. The pricing for each appointment will be determined based on the number of touchpoints (calls, messages, or interactions) required for the AI to convert the lead into a booked appointment.
2.2 Customized Pricing Ranges
Pricing varies from company to company, depending on the nature of the business, lead quality, and appointment-setting requirements. A pricing range must be discussed, agreed upon, and signed off before Camie AI services can be activate.
3. Commitment Fee
3.1 Refundable Commitment Fee
A $1,000 refundable commitment fee is required to begin using Camie AI. This fee ensures that clients actively utilize the software and provides us with a basis for effective onboarding and support.
3.2 Refund Policy
If, after one month of active usage, you are dissatisfied with the software or fail to see desired results, you may request a full refund of the $1,000 commitment fee. Refunds will only be granted if you meet the recommended visitor input metrics, as discussed and agreed upon during onboarding. Refund claims must be submitted within 14 days following the end of the first month of service.
4. Recommended Visitor Input
To achieve optimal results, Camie AI requires a certain volume of visitor traffic or leads. These input metrics will be communicated to you during onboarding and must be adhered to for effective use of the software.
5. Usage Rights
By using Camie AI, you agree to provide accurate lead information and access to necessary systems (e.g., CRM or scheduling tools) to facilitate appointment booking. You grant Camie AI permission to interact with leads on your behalf, using your brand voice and following your business protocols.
6. Data Privacy
Camie AI takes data privacy seriously. All lead information and business data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
7. Service Limitations
While Camie AI strives to maximize appointment bookings, we cannot guarantee specific results. Performance depends on various factors, including lead quality, market conditions, and adherence to recommended practices. Camie AI is not responsible for appointment no-shows or cancellations.
8. Term and Termination
The service agreement begins upon payment of the commitment fee and continues until terminated by either party. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. Camie AI reserves the right to terminate service for violation of these terms or non-payment.
9. Modifications to Terms
Camie AI may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and/or through the platform. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
