01

The service

Camie AI helps residential solar companies and other appointment-based businesses manage lead follow-up, funnels, appointment booking, tracking, CRM workflows, reminders, and reporting. Service scope, launch details, pricing, and success definitions may also be set out in an order, proposal, or written agreement.

02

Customer responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate campaign, offer, calendar, and lead information.
  • Have the permissions and lawful basis needed to contact connected leads.
  • Give clear instructions for qualification, handoff, and opt-out handling.
  • Use the service in line with applicable laws and industry rules.
  • Review material changes to live campaigns and customer-facing claims.
03

Commercial terms and guarantee

The public 30-in-60 offer targets 30 additional qualified, showed appointments within 60 days. Where that guarantee is included in a written engagement, the agreed launch date, qualification rules, attribution, measurement method, and work-for-free remedy will be stated there. The written engagement controls if it differs from this page.

A qualified, showed appointment generally means a lead who meets the agreed criteria and attends the scheduled appointment. The guarantee is not a promise of a sale, installation, revenue, or a specific return on ad spend.

04

Acceptable use

Customers may not use Camie AI for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, or unsolicited campaigns; to conceal identity; to ignore opt-outs; to collect information without authority; or to interfere with the service. We may pause a campaign when we reasonably believe it creates legal, security, deliverability, or safety risk.

05

Data, feedback, and ownership

Customers retain rights in their campaign materials and data. Camie AI retains rights in the service, workflows, software, and underlying technology. Customers give us the limited permission needed to process their materials and data to provide the service. Feedback may be used to improve Camie AI without identifying confidential customer information.

06

Availability, changes, and termination

We work to keep Camie AI reliable, but the service can be interrupted by maintenance, providers, networks, or events outside our control. Either party may end an engagement under the termination terms agreed in writing. Obligations that by their nature should continue—such as payment, confidentiality, ownership, and dispute terms—survive termination.

AI-assisted service

Automated outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Customers should give accurate instructions, monitor campaign outcomes, and keep human review available for sensitive or unusual conversations.
